Are You Shpongled? is the first of three albums released by Shpongle. This album set the standard for psychedelic downtempo music worldwide, and created a revolution between psychedelic trance and ambient soundscapes.

  • The song "Divine Moments of Truth" is a tribute to the rare psychoactive drug Dimethyltryptamine (DMT). The tune's acronym is also DMT.
  • "Divine Moments of Truth" is also popular for being used in the widespread flash animation "Flashback".
  • The "It was like a gigantic creature, that kept changing shape" sampled used in "Divine Moments of Truth" is Raja Ram describing DMT
