Ardisia Humilis (is a species of flowering plants in the family Myrsinaceae (the Myrsine family). The leaves of the perennial Ardisia Humilis can grow 8"+ in legth. The young leaves are shiny, and have a waxy look to them, while the mature leaves are darker green. The Ardisia "Red" (Pictured) Humilis species originated from the East Indies.
