A fair use review was requested for this image. The image is used only on article Arcade Fire. It is used to illustrate the assertion that the band appeared on the cover of Time magazine, thus generally lending weight to comments about their popularity and cultural influence. It is not used for purposes of illustrate the band. In my opinion, this is fair use.

The image should only be used to illustrate the band itself. For example, use of the image would not constitute fair use if the caption was changed to name the band members that appear in the image.
