  2. Neutral Of all the candidates, the Mainspace will miss Kirill Lokshin the most. If this vote is about who I trust to excel on ArbComm then this is a support. If this is about who I want on ArbComm then this is an oppose. Because, ultimately, he is a volunteer, I will not oppose him based on any managerial strategy.
