[edit] Proposed move

Shouldn't this be titled Aquaman (TV series), since the pilot trailer labeld the show's title as Aquaman and not Mercy Reef. Even the website stated that the title appeared to have changed from Mercy Reef to just Aquaman. Bignole 17:01, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

Seeing as it was never picked up, should it be referred to as a Tv series at all? 216.114.204.23 23:31, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

That's correct, as it was only a pilot it shouldn't be Aquaman (TV series), but Aquaman (TV program) as specified in Wikipedia:Naming conventions (television) guidelines; any shows that are "non-episodic" are disambiguated as (TV program)/(TV programme),unless they're TV movies which should have (film) after the title. All of these only apply if there is more than one article with the same name though. I've changed the title to the more appropriate Aquaman (TV program). Psychonaut3000 02:11, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A.C.

This article describes the main character as "A.C." long before it ever gives his full name... -- nae'blis 17:59, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Black Manta

I dont understand what this triva exactly means [he "Aqua-Embargo" that made Black Manta unavailable for the Justice League Unlimited animated series (being "changed" into Devil Ray) could mean that Black Manta would have appeared in the series.] ? SRfan07 15:47, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

It doesn't make sense and has no source, that and the "Quint" reference should be removed. There is no clear indication that the boat was named after Quint, and with no source it needs to be removed. Bignole 15:51, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merge Will Toale

Vote

  • No merge - Will Toale is an actor, not a character. This article is about the Aquaman program, and not a place for actor biographies. He should be a stub, or deleted entirely. Bignole 02:53, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
  • No merge -- He's already mentioned! He's a nobody! His entry should be deleted. ReporterSteven 10:07, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
  • No merge - delete Will Toale. Rhindle The Red 02:28, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Aqua

What is the correct way to represent the Aqua title of the Smallville episode. "Aqua" as well as 'Aqua' is used here, which is right? Davey4 14:04, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

I think Aqua. Bignole
Episode titles go in quotes, so it's "Aqua", but only one needed changing. --Nalvage 15:57, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
I thought episode titles were like movie titles, where they are italicized. Bignole 17:06, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
From the Manual of Style. The rule of thumb is that larger works (novels, albums, TV shows) go in italics, and subdivisions of those works (chapters, songs, episodes) go in quotes. --Nalvage 18:21, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
Ok, cool. I wasn't sure about that one. Thanks for clearing it up. Bignole 18:33, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the clearing it up guys. Davey4 11:32, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
