Apostleship of the Sea

The Apostleship of the Sea is an agency of the Roman Catholic Church. It is also sometimes known as Stella Maris (star of the sea). It provides pastoral care to seafarers through chaplaincies in many ports throughout the world.
It was a founder member of the International Christian Maritime Association in 1969.
