Apollonioi (Greek: Απολλώνιοι) is a municipality on the island of Lefkada, Greece. Population 3,235 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Vasiliki. The municipality is the island's and the prefecture's largest in area.

The area features beautiful beaches on the island, its neaches are in the western side of the island, the most famous are in Porto Katsiki and in Ekremnoi. The Porto Katsiki Beach has voted the second best beaches in the world. Its town hall is located in the fishing town of Vasiliki.
