Talk:Anti-Hungarian sentiment
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Slobodan Milošević's regime was many things, but it wasn't anti-Hungarian. Indeed, in the 1999 Kosovo War, an American stealth plane was shot down by a ethnic Hungarian in the Yugoslav Army (Colonel Zoltán Dani). How would a member of a discriminated against minority reach such a rank?--Еstavisti 05:40, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- If the regime was not anti-Hungarian, how come he organized an active settlement policy of Serbian refugees to Vojvodina, to change the ethnic composition of the province? The whole article needs expansion with historial anti-Hungarianism (see the historical Hungarian term "rácdúlás", which is massacre committed by Serbs, and the Romanian massacres committed by Avram Iancu and Axente Sever).81.183.183.58 21:44, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
And what about the use of Yugoslavs of Hungarian background who were used as front-line soldiers in the Balkan wars? It was the Bosnian Serbs commiting the atrocities, whilst the Serb Hungarians were being sacrificed in all that madness!!!
