[edit] Summary

Mural de Antonia Martínez Lagares en Humanidades de UPR-RP Author: Me, with Olympus FE-190

Translation of text of the painting:

English: "Whilst in the conflicts among students and the Fuerza de Choque [SWAT team], Antonia observed the events from her lodge's balcony at Ponce de León Avenue, [and] when she saw how the Fuerza de Choque striked and punched the University's student, she yelled at them Asesinos [murderers!]. One of the policeman looked at her, took out his gun and shot. The bullet passed through her head, while it hit a roommate too. Not too long after that, the 21 year-old Arecibo-girl from the Faculty of Pedagogy died in the Auxilio Mutuo Hospital nearby. The real criminal has been protected by the FBI and has never been processed in a tribunal for this crime."
