The Antec P180B, a computer case suitable for use as a silent PC. The CPU is cooled with the Scythe Ninja, a fanless cooler. Notice how the cables are taped to the sides, ensuring less obstruction of airflow, which improves cooling and reducing air turbulence, thereby reducing noise.
