Antwain Spann (born February 22, 1983 in Oceanside, California) is an American football cornerback for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Spann was signed by the Patriots as an undrafted free agent on January 30, 2006. He attended college at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Antwain Spann played for the legendary coach Herb Myers of El Camino High School in Oceanside, California.
