The ants manage to escape from their ant farm. They manage to make off with a cake and pay the Dinosaur family a visit. In no time, the entire Playhouse is inundated with ants and Pee-wee decides to perform the Ants In Your Pants Dance!

- When the two are playing house, Pee-wee plays the husband and Yvonne plays the wife. This is one of the many hints of a possible romantic pairing between the two.
- During the ant invasion, Jambi says, "What's the matter?" but nobody screams even though "what" is the secret word.
- After Pee-wee takes off his right Wallwalker shoe, it magically appears back on seconds later. Both shoes are then mysteriously off in the following shots.
