Antonio Pietrangeli

Antonio Pietrangeli ( Rome, January 19, 1919 - Gaeta, July 12, 1968 ) was a Italian film director.

He started writting film reviews for famous Italian Cinema magazines such as Bianco e nero and Cinema (magazine). Pietrangeli was script writer in Ossessione directed by Visconti, Fabiola by Blasetti, Europa '51 by Rossellini or La lupa di Lattuada.
His film debut is Il sole negli occhi (1953).
