Antonia Donatiello

Antonietta Lucia Maria Donatiello (alias Antonia Donatiello) (born September 8, 1950) is an Italian teacher and writer.

Born in Bisaccia (Campania), she began her job writing poems on the fanzine La torre; later, when her son Michele was born (1989), she wrote the book Lettere ad un bambino nato, a diary who tells the first years of her son.

With her first book, Donatiello received a lot of prize (as the Premio Aeropago Cirals, Premio Internazionale città di Pomigliano d'Arco, Premio Pithecusa), going third to Premio Spazio Donna (1999). In 2005 her book has been published on the Il grande occhiale.

Antonia Donatiello lives in Pozzuoli.
