Anthony Tupou is a Rugby League player who plays for the Sydney Roosters in the National Rugby League competition.

Anthony Tupou made his First-Grade Debut, Round 1 2004 vs. Souths. He was most noticed for his offloading & hard running. He played in the 2004 Grand Final & set up the Anthony Minichiello try, after Tupou busted though the Bulldogs line, ran 40 meters & Minichiello found the Try Line. In 2005, Anthony Tupou made his Debut in the Country Origin Team. He played a solid year Though-out 2005 getting more noticed & becoming a star of the future. In 2006, This was to be Tupou's best Season to date. He scored 4 tries in 8 games(vs. Raiders(2), Sharks & Cowboys). He was selected to play in the Country Origin Team in 2006 also. Tupou was then out injured with an ankle injuery(Round 15 vs. Tigers). He Returned Round 19 vs. Sharks & made an impact straight away. He was selected to play in the Prime Minister's XIII Team & Team was selected to Play for Australia. He Played 4 Games for Australia scoring 1 try. He played in the Final of the Tri-Nations which was won by Australia.
