Anthony Simmons (born in June 20, 1976) was a professional American Football Linebacker who played his whole National Football League career with the Seattle Seahawks.

[edit] Seattle Seahawks (1998-2004)
The Seattle Seahawks drafted him in the 1998 NFL Draft with the 15th pick in the 1st round. He led the Seattle Seahawks in tackles in 2000, 2001, and 2003. When being released to the free angency by the Seattle Seahawks after the 2004 season, he totaled up 454 tackles, 136 assists, 10 sacks, 9 interceptions, and 17 pass deflects as a Seattle Seahawks after playing with them for a total of seven seasons. He was released following the season.

The New Orleans Saints signed him to a two-year contract on March 20, 2006. However he retired after missing camp due to family and personal reasons.
