Sir Anthony Irby (c. 1610 – 1681) was an English politician and judge.
The son of Sir Anthony Irby and Elizabeth Peyton was High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1637. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Boston and Recorder of Boston.
Irby was married four times, firstly to Frances Wray, daughter of Sir William Wray, 1st Baronet, secondly Margaret Smyth, daughter of Sir Richard Smyth, Baronet, of Osterhanger and thirdly Margaret Barkham, daughter of Sir Edward Barkham. On 19 August 1941, he married finally Katherine Paget, daughter of the 4th Baron Paget de Beaudesert. He had a daughter by his third, and a son und five daughters by his fourth wife.
