Sir Anthony Irby (1576 – 1610) was an English politician.

Baptised on 9 January 1576, he was the son of Anthony Irby and Alice Welbye. Irby was High Sheriff of Lincolnshire and Member of Parliament for Lincolnshire.

In February 1602 or 1603, he married Elizabeth Peyton, daughter of Sir John Peyton, 1st Baronet. Their own son was Anthony Irby.
