- 2002 – AnswerConnect was founded as an inbound answering service. Initially AnswerConnect was made up of a small number of call processing "agents" and third-party call processing technology.
- 2004 – Expanding from simply answering inbound calls, AnswerConnect shifted focus to developing web-enabled agent desktop environments and integrated customer care support. Additional services offered by AnswerConnect from this point are; live order processing, call patching (connecting two parties via a live operator), call forwarding, voicemail to email services, and help desk services.
