Anjel was an R&B group consisting of ex-Destiny's Child members LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson along with Tiffany Beaudoin and Naty Quinones. The group recorded 22 songs in Atlanta with the assistance of Jagged Edge. Jagged Edge's 581 Productions, the production company which handled the group fell through, and the group split in 2003 before releasing an album. After the split, members went their separate ways. LeToya Luckett signed to Capitol Records in 2004 and released her debut solo album, LeToya in 2006.

In 2000, Linda Casey, mother of Brandon and Brian Casey of the R&B group Jagged Edge had a Talent search in Connecticut. This contest would determine the newest member of the group Anjel. Natasha Ramos and Vanessa Cruz entered. Soon, Due to differences within the group, it was decided that it was best for Natasha to pursue her own endeavors and so she left. Before leaving, she introduced Nativida Quinones to Letoya and Latavia who instantly fell in love with Naty. Vanessa received 3rd place and a demo with 581 Records.

Naty auditioned for Anjel and she made the cut; which meant she replaced Natasha). Later on in 2001 Tiffany (who was in college in Texas) was introduced to them by her mutual friend. She auditioned and made the cut and Anjel was complete. Soon Jermaine Dupri's decision to leave Columbia and go under Arista caused problems with 581 Entertainment. Prior to the move, Anjel's project was on track to be released. The members decided to look into individual projects while group business issues were being handled. In 2003, The record company soon folded and they were no more, And now there gone their separate ways. Tiffany appeared on Jagged Edge's 2003 album, Hard. LeToya signed to Capitol Records in 2004 and released her self-titled, debut album in 2006 and it reahced #1 it's 1st week of sales. Naty, now Nativida, still works with Phar-City and is on an indipendent label, Soul-Empire. Natasha Ramos signed to StarTrak in 2005, Vanessa Cruz isn't signed, but has songs on myspace. As said by LaTavia, she is coming out with an album in 2007, but not to recreate LeToya's success in any kind of way.

All members had a chance do lead and all did ad-libs and background vocals.
LeToya & Naty Sung the Soprano, while Tiffany & LaTavia sung Alto. Which made the 4-Part Harmony of Anjel.
Naty is not only a singer, but a rapper.
Tiffany, in most of the tracks, does the ending ad-libs.
Vanessa & Natasha never recorded a song with Anjel.
Natasha Ramos released one song called "Who Needs You," a song she recorded on Arista, before she was dropped.
Natasha is signed to StarTrak Entainterment.
Naty has done several tracks with Phar-City on both their mixtapes in 2002 and 2003. They were produced by Marcus Blackburn of Huntsville, Alabama.
Latavia is also a rapper but does not rap in any songs, but did rap on Destiny's Child song, Illusions, on their debut cd.
Tiffanys had the strongest vocal in the group, while Latavia voice wasn't as strong as the others, but the lowest, making it noticeable.
Naty and Tiffany join the group at only 16 yrs old
