I have taken the following passage out, until it can be reworded to reflect NPOV Fairness of tone:

Since the preludes are all written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson, and not Frank Herbert himself, there is a debate weither this should be considered canon or not.

The issue of canonicity is irrelevant in presenting the facts of the life of this character and by "mentioning" the debate already implies that some of it should not be canon. I suggest that this article be re-written as a bio (in line with other characters of Dune) and just cite the sources. Let the fans decide whether to decide whether to accept the sources as canon or not.
