Anita Błochowiak (born November 7, 1973 in Pabianice) is a Polish politician. She was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 3451 votes in 11 Sieradz district, candidating from Democratic Left Alliance list.
She was also a member of Sejm 2001-2005.
