Anis del Toro

Anis del Toro is an alcoholic drink that is dark in color and tastes like licorice. The name is Spanish for "The Bull's Anise." Anise is the herb that gives the drink its flavor. It is the number-one alcoholic aniseed drink in northern Spain, and it was first produced in 1904 under the name Anis del Juliano or "Julian's Anise."
