Anhangüera Educacional S.A. is a private educational holding company with headquarters in Valinhos, in the region of Campinas, state of São Paulo, Brazil. The main shareholder (60%) is Banco Pátria, a Brazilian investment bank, with funds provided by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private arm of World Bank.
