The reason Angelica started appearing with Cynthia in 1992 was because she recieved her for her birthday (the only birthday she ever was shown with in Rugrats.). Is that important?

It is also a wierd thing that Angelica's only birthday in Rugrats was when she turned 3, and then in All Grown Up! she turned 13. Odd, huh? --Wack'd About Wiki 16:54, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
