My instructor at McHenry County College just informed us that the reason ANGEL was created was to perform the functions of the Blackboard_Inc. system, better suited for classrooms.

I did a bit of cleanup, and it wouldn't hurt to have another source or 2, but it's looking much better now. {{unreferenced}} is no longer necessary, IMO. --AbsolutDan ^(talk) 01:39, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
