Angoori

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Angoori is an Indian "sweet meat" or dessert. Its made from cottage cheese which is then soaked in a sugary syrup called "Chasni" and then rolled in fine sugar crystals.

Angoori probably draws its name from "Angoor" which is Hindi for grape, based on its shape and size.
