Angelo Litrico

Angelo Litrico (1920s – 1986) was an Italian fashion designer. He is credited with introducing fashion shows for men's clothing.
The company he founded bears his name, and its apparel is sold at European retailers, including the chain C&A.

The shoe that Nikita Khrushchev slammed on the table at the United Nations General Assembly in 1957 was designed by Litrico. Litrico designed an entire wardrobe for Krushchev at the Soviet leader's request.
Litrico also designed clothing and accessories for Richard Burton, John Houston, Rossano Brazzi, Josip Broz Tito, Juan Perón, Gamal Abdel Nasser, King Hussein of Jordan, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Mac Millan, and Richard Nixon.
