Angelo Cardinal Felici (born July 26, 1919 in Segni, Italy) is the former president of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei and a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He was the prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints from 1988 to 1995.
