Angelica Le Gru Perotti

Angelica Le Gru Perotti (1719- 1776) was an Italian woman painter of the Rococo, active at first in Northern Italy and Venice. She was born to a family of painters including her father, the portraitist Le Gru, and three brothers. She is best known for pastel portraits she completed on a trip to London, similar to the voyages of Rosalba Carreira.
