Angelica's Birthday is the second half of the fourth season finale of the Nickelodeon Nicktoon Rugrats.

It is Angelica's 4th birthday, she is excited, that is until her father, Drew tells her that now that's she's older she is going to have more responabilies, which she thinks means you cannot have fun for the rest of your life. Also, Grandpa Lou tells her about what happens to people when they become his age. When the babies come in, she tells them what she has heard, than she decides to be a baby, again. She dresses in diapers and baby clothes and starts acting like a baby, but she soon learns that being a baby isn't as exciting as being older.
