Angela Russell is the co-anchor of KYW-TV in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Eyewitness News at 4 P.M..In addition to her anchor duties she also a reporter for the 6p.m and 11p.m newscast. Russell joined CBS 3 on January 16, 2006.
