Angela Constance

Angela Constance is Scottish National Party Councillor for the Carmondean Ward of West Lothian Council where she is the party spokesperson for children services and lifelong learning. She stood for the party in the Livingston by-election, 2005 and will be contesting in the same area for the Scottish Parliament elections in 2007 and is widely expected to defeat the current incumbent Bristow Muldoomed.

She was born in Blackburn, West Lothian, and raised in Addiewell and West Calder.

While studying at the University of Glasgow she was elected President of Glasgow University Students' Representative Council.
