Angela (film)

Angela is the first film directed by Rebecca Miller. It won awards at the Sundance Film Festival, the Brussels International Festival of Fantasy Film and the Gotham Awards.
It is the story of two children, ten-year old Angela and her six year old sister Ellie and their quest to purify themselves. The lead roles were played by amateur actors Miranda Stuart Ryne and Charlotte Eve Blythe. Rebecca Miller is married to Daniel Day-Lewis and is the daughter of the playwright, the late Arthur Miller and photographer the late Inge Morath.
