Angel Godinez Luévano (born 1 October, 1949) is a Mexican-American labor leader and activist who was the prinicipal litigant in the class action suit Luévano v. Campbell. He is also a graduate of the Hastings College of the Law.

Luévano went on to work as a career civil servant with OFCCP, serving as the Deputy Director of the DPO in its national office. He is currently serving his 3rd of four terms as State Director of California League of United Latin American Citizens.
