There's probably not much that I can do. My admin privileges don't extend to de: so I couldn't stop him editing there. I don't think blocks on one Wikipedia automatically apply to another, but if he's bothering you I'd suggest getting in touch with a German admin or leaving a message here [1]. You could mention that he's blocked on the English Wikipedia and that it's the fourth time in less than two months[2]. I'll help out if I can, but I don't have reliable internet access at the moment and it could be a while before I respond to messages.

This user is a bot -- a program that updates interwiki links. It may have gone amok, & its owner is not monitoring it. I'll see if I can find someone who can look into it -- or block it myself. -- llywrch 19:34, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

I've gone ahead & blocked the bot. I left a message at the owners user page on sl.wikipedia.org & an explanation at WP:AN/I. I'll be away for an hour or so (lunchtime here!) so I hope I didn't just start a flamewar & walk away. -- llywrch 19:50, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

Hey! I noticed you created the German WikiProject Ethiopia, and I was just letting you know that I've relatively recently created an English one. It's about two weeks old now, but we still need more contributors. I see that you contribute much more to the German wikipedia, but maybe you could still help out.
