I am Andy Powell. I live in Newbridge, Bath and am Head of Development at the Eduserv Foundation (part of Eduserv), an educational nonprofit charity that works to advance the effective use of ICT in education. I previously worked at UKOLN and before that for the Computing Services at the University of Bath.
