Well. About myself. I've been using Wikipedia for a while now '05 but only recently created an account. I'm starting to get better at this thing though an advice would be to hang in there. There are somethings I do dislike about Wikipedia and Wikipedia users though.

Some of the following:

  • Many of the people who vandalize are IP's. There should be a rule where you have to register to edit an article. I see no argument in favor of keeping IPs editting.
  • People do not put aside their political beliefs in order to make a good accurate article.
  • Often you see articles that are unsourced, that really pisses me off.
  • Also when partisans offer only their opinion and hijack the article from future edits, claiming to do it out of neutrality when partisianship is the motivation.
  • Some articles are sourced with links to geocities.com, a random blog, extremely partisan sources, etc... These are not good sources and should not be used.
  • Don't creat articles only to leave them as stubs.
