Andy Chang is an IT professional working for a Fortune 500 company in the financial industry.

Andy has been working in the IT industry since 1989 in many roles: Programmer, System Analyst, Data Architect, Database Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, and most recently, Enterprise Architect with focus on establishing engineering discipline for the company he work for.

Currently, he is helping building the Performance Engineering department for his company by developing the 3-year Strategy for that department.
