Andrwsc This user [1] an administrator on the English Wikipedia. This user is a member of the Olympics WikiProject

With respect to page editing and new content, my main areas of interest in Wikipedia are the Olympic Games and the National Hockey League (inactive lately). I'm also spending a lot of time on Wikipedia:WikiProject Flag Template work.

My main motivations are to:

• improve data accuracy
• complete missing sections
• improve consistency between related pages
• improve readability and aesthetic appearance
• improve page maintainability through the use of appropriate templates and table structures
• remove bias from articles where a neutral point of view is not presented or weasel words are used

Some things I believe:

1. templates are a wonderful tool for maintaining consistency across similar pages
2. the "Show preview" button should be used a LOT
3. visual appearance is important! Colors and table styles ought to be chosen carefully. Tables should be designed to work for all common screen sizes and all common font sizes.
4. edit counts are a poor measure of Wikipedia contributions
