Andrew Grill (Born October 19th 1968 in Adelaide, South Australia) is a London based Technology Entrepreneur and Evangelist.
He is currently the General Manager and Head of Sales for Seeker Wireless.
In October 2006, Grill moved from Sydney to London to set up the European office for Seeker Wireless.
Grill has held numerous roles in the Telecommunications Industry in Australia with companies such as Telstra, Optus and Legion Interactive. [1]
From 2001 - 2003 he was General Manager of PropertyLook [2] - a commercial Property Website set up and supported by Commercial Property Companies CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank and Colliers International. The site was launched in March 2001. [3]
Grill has also been heavily involved in charity work, with the Rotary Club of Sydney, Duke of Edinburigh's Award in Australia, The Property Industry Foundation and Volunteering New South Wales.
Grill has been active in the Australian Media, and has been interviewed on a number of topics related to the Mobile industry, and Location Based Services in general. [4]

Grill attended St Peter's College in Adelaide, South Australia from 1979 - 1985, and completed a Master of Engineeing in Information Tecnology & Telecommunications as one of the foundation students of the Australian Information Technology Engineering Centre (AITEC) program from 1994 - 1996. In 2001 Grill completed an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.

Grill started his Engineering Career at the University of South Australia's Signal Processing Research Institute (SPRI) and later moved to work for British Aerospace in Adelaide. In 1995 he moved to Sydney to work for Optus Communications where he was responsible for the development of the Multinet ATM product[6]. In 1998 he moved to Telstra to work in the Business and Government group. In 2001, he was appointed General Manager of PropertyLook[7]
After PropertyLook he joined Legion Interactive as the General Manager of LegionONE, the Business to Business arm of the company. In November 2004, he was appointed General Manager of Seeker Wireless[8]
[edit] Charity Work
Grill was one of the youngest members of the Rotary Club of Sydney (Australia's second oldest club) joining at the age of 29 in 1998. He went on to become a Board Member of the club, and was responsible for the Club's website and also produced a promotional video for the club.
In July 2006, Andrew was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow - one of Rotary's highest honours for service to the club and the community.
While involved with the Property Industry Foundation, he was responsible for the creation of [9], a group of young people in the Property Industry willing to perform charity work to help those less fortunate.
[edit] Technology Evangelism
Andrew has been a technology evangelist in a number of areas such as mobile messaging [10][11][12] and Location Based Services [13][14]. In October 2006 he was a keynote speaker at the LBS 2006 conference in London.[15]
