Hi! This is Andkaha (talk • contribs).
Andkaha is the concatenation of parts of my first and last name, an interesting username generated by some user name algorithm at the univeristy I studied at once upon a time, and it kinda stuck with me.
Professionally, I'm a computer scientist turned bioinformatician, currently employed by a european bioinformatics institute. There, I work with development of a Perl API used for extracting data out of a particular set of biological databases.
Whenever life permits, I meditate, read, or play with my computers, trying to provoke them into doing new and interesting things. When everything else fails, I sleep, mostly without dreaming.
