See the guide to writing better articles. Several composer pages have achieved featured article status on wikipedia, so they are good models: Olivier Messiaen, Charles Ives, Witold Lutoslawski, Igor Stravinsky, Frank Klepacki. Issues with this particular article: it does not make his importance clear in the first paragraph. It is not written from a neutral point of view, e.g. "a tour de force of energy and exuberance... a work of immense concentration and drive...". Such statements should be sourced. The newly added section "A Personal View" reads like original research and should either be sourced or deleted. Mrhsj 16:29, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
