[edit] Coles

Colonel Isaac A. Coles could be Colonel Isaac Coles; except that the latter had apparently been dead for three years in 1816. Any theories/corrections? Charles Matthews 09:50, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

Recently I purchased a book recently published on Leonardo's drawings. I thought I recognised in some of Leonardo's architectural drawings of churches some of the latter motifs that show up with Palladio's drawings. I know Leonardo made at least two trips to Venice that we are aware of and perhaps something of Leonardo's influence had an impact latter on with Palladio? The first question would be, how could the mason's son have seen tLeonardo's notebooks?--Wetman 09:05, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
