Andy Masheter is Pro Vice-Chancellor of Roehampton University. He was previously Head of External Relations and Communications at London South Bank University where he was Director of External Relations and Communications.

He was Director and Chief Executive of the UK Council for Overseas Student Affairs (UKCOSA) before joining London South Bank University in 1991. Andy has been Chair of Governors of a number of primary schools, is currently Vice Chair of the Elephant and Castle strategic review board and has served as Chair of a number of public and private sector organisations.
