Andy Burrows

Andy Burrows (born Andrew Burrows on June 30, 1979, in Winchester, England) is the current drummer for Razorlight as well as a pianist[citation needed], after joining the band in May 2004.

He was discovered in open auditions to replace Christian Smith Pancorvo, the original drummer for the band, who left in early 2004. Since he joined Razorlight, the group have released 2 albums, Up All Night which reached #3 in the UK album chart (although Andy does not perform on the record) and Razorlight which debuted at #1 in the UK album chart. His first ever performance with Razorlight was at London's Bull and Gate on the May 25th 2004.

Andy has been a key figure in shaping Razorlight's sound and songs, having co-written the hits "America" and "Before I Fall to Pieces" with Johnny Borrell.
