Andy Burgess (born August 10, 1981) is a footballer, currently playing for Oxford United. He, along with John Dempster holds the ignominy of having played for both relegated clubs from League 2 in 2006 - Oxford and Rushden. Despite this he has gone on to be a big hit at the Kassam stadium, and when he is off the pitch Oxford really miss him. A creative attacking midfielder with a wicked left foot, Burgess has scored a few as well this season.
There is a chant that goes "Burgess Boo!"
