Andy Budd is the Managing Director of Clearleft, a web design company based in Brighton, UK. Along with other Clearleft members Jeremy Keith and Richard Rutter, Budd organises a low-cost annual web developer's conference in Brighton called d.Construct. Budd is generally seen as a leading member of the UK web standards scene and regularly talks at conferences around the world. He is also a technical advisor to .net magazine.
