Andrew (Andy) Baker is a British professional wrestler that previously worked for World Wrestling Entertainment's developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling.

After making his debut in February of 2002 against Andi Le Bon. Baker would continue to work throughout the independent circuit of England before traveling over the United States where he sought to gain a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. For three years he would train within their development territories. Baker would train within Heartland Wrestling Association and Ohio Valley Wrestling before returning to the United Kingdom.

Baker would make another appearance with WWE during a UK edition of WWE's RAW brand show in 2005, Andy Baker took part in one of Chris Masters' Master Lock Challenges.

Baker now runs his own promotion and training school called Runcorn Wrestling Academy where he competes under the name "Sir" Andrew Barker. On February 11, 2006 Baker defeated Joe Steel to become RWA's first champion before losing the title the same night to FMP. Baker regained the title May 13th defeating both FMP and Joe Steel in a 3 way elimination match before losing it to Joe Steel on October 28th, 2006 in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
