Andrew Lowe (born 1959) is a Canadian geophysicist and amateur astronomer. He has discovered a number of asteroids.

He is one of only sixteen individual observers worldwide who has discoveries spanning four or more decades, and the only observer who has accomplished this feat using four observatories (Haleakalā-AMOS, Palomar Observatory/NEAT, RAS Observatory, and Siding Spring Observatory).

The asteroid 4091 Lowe is named in his honour.
